POLICY
Please provide us with 24 hours notice if you need to adjust or cancel your appointment. If your appointment is not confirmed then it will be cancelled. A ‘no show’ will be charged 100% of the booked appointment cost. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 50% of the booked appointment. Free consultation service is available for all of your hair care needs.
